Refunds

Before we start

Write within an hour or two of ordering and we refund in full, immediately. Nothing has been touched yet.

After delivery

If you would rather not keep it, write within 14 days of delivery and we send the money back in full. You do not have to explain, and we will not ask twice.

Refunds return to the card you paid with, usually in three to five working days.

If it is not right

Most people would rather have it fixed than refunded. Say what is wrong — the eyes, the skin tone, the movement — and we redo it at no cost. There is no limit on how many times.
