How we handle photographs
Not a legal document — a plain account of what happens to the image between you sending it and getting it back.
Arrival
Your upload is encrypted on the way to us and at rest. It is filed under an order number, not your name.
In the studio
One restorer works the file: damage first, then colour, then the face. The movement, if you chose one, is added last and kept to a single blink or the faintest smile.
A second person reviews every frame against the original. Anything that does not look like the person is rejected and redone — that review is the part of the service we will not shorten.
Delivery and deletion
You get a share-online file and a full-quality print file, clearly named. Thirty days later the originals and working files are deleted. Nothing is kept as a sample.
What we will not do
We do not add people to photographs, remove people from them, change what someone was wearing, or make anyone smile who was not close to it. If you ask, we will say no kindly.
